1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to bakery@thebigbiscuit.com
   before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the original product price less shipping. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a refund according to clause 1.2.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

2.IN-STORE PICK-UP Customers- If you will be picking your order up at The Big Biscuit, we will contact you when the order is ready for you to pick up. We strive to have In-Store Pick-Up orders ready within 24 hours of placement.
